Ace Aquatec is a fast-growing Scottish company that helps fishing and aquaculture companies improve fish quality, operational efficiency and animal welfare. We do this by developing new technology products to tackle unsolved industry problems, and selling or renting these to customers around the world.
We are a small team but have doubled our revenue over the last two years, won the Queen’s Award for Enterprise Innovation, and we are excited to expand our team to support this continued international growth.
In this role you will contribute to our success by growing sales with existing customers and developing opportunities in new international markets.
Your role will involve a mix of prospecting for new opportunities, responding to incoming leads, and nurturing deals as they progress through our pipeline. Diligent management of opportunities is essential as some can take up to a year to complete.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a B2B sales or business development role, can identify customer needs, clearly communicate product value, and demonstrate previous success of building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Experience of the aquaculture, marine or offshore industries would be beneficial but is not essential.

You will be based in our bright modern office at Dundee’s City Quay, right in the centre of the city. It is an office-based role, but occasional travel will be required, and we are open to flexible working arrangements.
